Our Mission
Phoenix Paws And Claws Animal Rescue's mission is to save animals at the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control's two shelters that are at risk for euthanasia. We are a non-breed specific rescue who saves both cats and dogs. We do not believe in kennels or boarding and we are run completely out of foster homes. Our mission is to give dogs and cats the second chance they deserve and help them find their forever home.

Papi
Papi is a sweet and beautiful 2 year old pitbull mix who was an owner surrender. He is currently looking for his forever home. He is September Dog of the month.
Cat of the month
Samantha is our featured cat of the month for the month of September. She has been in foster care since December and would like nothing more than to have her forever home! Please email us if you'd like any additional information.

Congratulations goes out to Alexus Brown for being Volunteer of the month for the month of September! We recongize all our volunteer's big or small! Alexus has been helping out by playing with the rescue dogs, making sure they are well taken care of and get plenty of treats. She is also educating those around her about the importance of adopting a shelter dog vs. buying a pet from a pet store or breeder. Way to go Alexus!

Phoenix Paws & Claws has recently took on a lot of orphaned puppies and kittens. For only $40 you can sponsor one in getting either spayed or neutered and their first vaccination. Don't forget without the help from other's we wouldn't be able to take in all the orphaned babies that we have. Thank you for your support!
